Sunrise yoga

is a wonderful way to start your day with a sense of calm and energy. It begins with gentle warm-up exercises and stretches to awaken your body, followed by a flowing sequence of yoga poses to build strength and flexibility. Flow Fusion Vinyasa

Evening Flow

Gentle Flow

Gentle yoga will offer you ground-based postures that gently stretch and strengthen the muscles of your body. You may take one or two easy standing postures like Mountain Pose or Downward Facing Dog, but most of the time, you can expect to be on the floor. This style of yoga is, as you might guess, gentle on your body.

Restorative

Starting with centering and breath work is a great way to calm the mind, and the use of candlelight can create a serene atmosphere. Incorporating both restorative and yin poses, along with props for support, allows for deep relaxation and muscle release. This class is suitable for all levels, making it accessible to a wide range of participants looking to unwind and recenter.

Mindfulness Yoga
